Understanding US, UK, and EU plus sizes
Women’s sizing isn’t standardized worldwide. A US 16 is roughly a UK 20 and an EU 46 — the calculator uses the common rule of UK = US + 4 and EU = US + 30. In plus-size ranges, US numeric sizes also carry an “X” label: US 16 maps to 1X, US 20 to 2X, US 22–24 to 3X, and US 26 to 4X.
